Focus – Issue 24 – Learning tool

This Focus Learning Tool was written to support Focus 24, to help complaint handlers understand and apply the process for suspending investigations and other handling. It includes case studies and questions to assess knowledge and understanding of suspension of investigations and other handling procedures. This interactive document could be used to support training and learning and can be downloaded for complaint handlers to make their own notes and reflect back on when handling cases that may require suspension.
