Learning the Lessons

Learning the Lessons issue 46 focuses on frontline policing.

Frontline policing refers to those who are in everyday contact with the public and reflects a range of situations that police officers and staff can be confronted by. This issue raises awareness of the key issues we see through our work. It also highlights tangible learning opportunities to improve the policing response to similar incidents and help build trust and confidence in policing.

Key themes include call handling, use of force, body-worn video, children and young people, roads policing, use of equipment, stop and search, first aid, and more.
