Keiran O’Brien - Cheshire Police

Read information about our investigation following a car crash after a police pursuit in Runcorn, Cheshire, which sadly resulted in the death of 38 year-old Keiran O'Brien. Mr O'Brien was the driver of a Peugeot 208 car that failed to stop for Cheshire Police. Mr O'Brien was badly injured in the crash which happened on 1 August 2018; he later died in hospital on 9 August 2018.
Our investigation is complete and an inquest is awaited.
