The performance framework is a summary of the key internal processes through which the IOPC sets, delivers, monitors and reports on its priorities. It encompasses elements of the strategy, finance, performance, people and risk management, and accountability. It ensures we remain focused on what is important to our service users and stakeholders and that we provide efficient and effective services.
